或私下自行研習迅速理解。
進行方式~
1. 即興口令(Hash Call)：臨時即興變化的方式，
跳來刺激又有趣。
2. 歌唱口令 (Singing Call)：西洋歌曲中穿插舞步口令，可邊跳邊欣賞歌曲。
評量方式
